Ryan Spanier

Ryan began his career in real estate in 2023. During this time, he quickly familiarized himself with the industry working alongside John Chung. Focusing and specializing in commercial sales/leasing, marketing strategy, client coordination and transaction management.

Ryan was always connected to the real estate industry. Prior to joining the Chung Group, he founded a successful media company that services real estate agents with professional photography and videography. This experience of being around various real estate properties and working with REALTORS has helped him immensely with the transition into his role as full time sales associate.

Alek Arsenic

Alek started his real estate career with Royal LePage Regina Realty in 2008, which later became Royal LePage Next Level in 2024. As a seasoned REALTOR, Alek has a strong focus on both the residential and commercial real estate market. His extensive knowledge and detailed understanding of the real estate landscape have made him a desired resource for clients seeking guidance across both commercial and residential properties.

During his career in real estate, Alek has gained a broad exposure and a wealth of experience in real estate development, government relations, and project management. He has worked and partnered with various developers on different projects in the last 14 years. He has worked with clients covering residential and multi-family asset classes from acquisition to development/redevelopment, to raising capital and project management. As a previous Political Action Representative of the Regina Real Estate Board, Alek became a liaison and lobbied with various municipal, provincial and federal officials on real estate matters and developed a strong sense of governmental affairs.

In his spare time, Alek enjoys playing tennis and basketball. Alek is proud Alumni of the University of Regina Cougars Basketball 2000-2004 with various achievements such as GPAC Conference Rookie of the Year 2000, GPAC Rookie of the Year 2000, and various All Star and MVP of Nationwide Tournaments.

Sherman is the Social Media Coordinator at Chung Group. He brings creativity and strategic thinking to enhance our online presence in the commercial realty market. His main role involves managing our social media accounts, developing marketing campaigns, and interacting with our vibrant community to showcase the exceptional properties we offer.

Outside of work you'll find him indulging in his love for food and playing competitive tennis. Firm believer that exploring a city's culture through its cuisine is essential, and tennis keeps him active and competitive. Whether he is on the court or savouring a delicious meal, he brings enthusiasm and dedication to every aspect of my life.
